75% Mouvedre + 25% Grenache

Farming: Organic, dry farmed, head trained vines from the Templeton Gap.

Sensory: A fragrant bouquet of flowers and ripe grapefruit notes on the nose. On the palette juicy, ruby red grapefruit, strawberry, lemon zest, terragon, bursting with mouthwatering vitality.

Craft: Mourvedre and grenache grapes were destemmed, foot stomped, and cold soaked overnight for skin contact and full aroma extraction. The grapes were then direct pressed the following day. We controlled a cool and slow ferment before maturing in stainless barrels for maximum fruit and aroma characteristics.
