Vinyl Vineyards is a boutique glamping and vacation rental experience on a 120-acre working vineyard ranch in Paso Robles, California. The property features six vintage Airstream trailers themed to legendary musicians — Bowie, Led Zeppelin, Johnny Cash, Billie Holiday, Janis Joplin, and Mick Jagger — plus vacation rental homes, RV sites, and tent campsites accommodating up to 60 guests nightly. Every stay is set alongside the Sip & Spin tasting experience, where guests taste small-batch Paso Robles wines while choosing the vinyl records that play. Our Story
Vinyl Vineyards was built as an escape from the fast-paced, always-on modern world—a place to slow down, reconnect, and experience wine country with intention.
Set in Paso Robles, Vinyl Vineyards is the vision of husband and wife team Jeff Hevert and Dina Hevert, shaped by years spent living and working in places like Miami, New York, and Los Angeles, and in creative industries that rarely pause. Drawn to the Central Coast for its natural beauty, creative spirit, and sense of possibility, they saw an opportunity to build something different.
What began as a neglected vineyard became a deeply personal, hands-on project—restoring vintage trailers, planting roots, making wine, and reimagining what a wine country experience could feel like. The arrival of their first child, combined with the global pause of the pandemic, accelerated a shared belief: life is better when it’s slower, more present, and built around meaningful connection.
Today, Vinyl Vineyards is a place shaped by analog pleasures and simple rituals—vinyl records instead of playlists, unhurried tastings instead of schedules, conversations instead of notifications. It’s about connection through nature, wine, music, and the people you share it with.
