Our one of a kind Sip & Spin tasting expeirence invites guests to taste our award winning small batch Paso Robles wines while choosing the records that play. Each pour is paired not with rules or scripts, but with sound—creating a tasting that unfolds differently every time, shaped by the music in the room and the people sharing it.
It’s a relaxed, immersive experience rooted in analog pleasures: good wine, great records, and the simple joy of slowing down.
Our Story
Vinyl Vineyards was built as an escape from the fast-paced, always-on modern world—a place to slow down, reconnect, and experience wine country with intention.
Set in Paso Robles, Vinyl Vineyards is the vision of husband and wife team Jeff Hevert and Dina Hevert, shaped by years spent living and working in places like Miami, New York, and Los Angeles, and in creative industries that rarely pause. Drawn to the Central Coast for its natural beauty, creative spirit, and sense of possibility, they saw an opportunity to build something different.
What began as a neglected vineyard became a deeply personal, hands-on project—restoring vintage trailers, planting roots, making wine, and reimagining what a wine country experience could feel like. The arrival of their first child, combined with the global pause of the pandemic, accelerated a shared belief: life is better when it’s slower, more present, and built around meaningful connection.
Today, Vinyl Vineyards is a place shaped by analog pleasures and simple rituals—vinyl records instead of playlists, unhurried tastings instead of schedules, conversations instead of notifications. It’s about connection through nature, wine, music, and the people you share it with.
