Shipping Policy
All items are shipped from Paso Robles, California. We do our best to process and ship orders within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dina@vinylvin.com with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made:
-two weeks before arrival are eligible for a full refund, after which a credited stay may be offered
-within 3 days of scheduled arrival are subject to a one-night reservation charge
-on day of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
-Modifications made (change of dates, accommodation type, site location, and duration of stay) may be subject to additional fees.
-Refunds are not provided for early departures or for inclement weather.
Rates & Payments
-Rates are subject to change without notice.
-Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
Damages & Fees
-If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly.
Late Check Out
-Check out time is 11 am.
-A late check-out may be available by request. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance.
-Guests who remain after 1 pm. will be charged an additional night’s stay.
