FARMING:  Vermentino grapes sourced from the famed Paso Ono vineyard in the Geneseo District of Paso Robles, AVA

SENSORY: Crisp and refreshing, this light bodied white wine packs a ton of flavors! Bright and zesty citrus notes on the nose with lemon, lime, apricot, and jasmine. The citrus theme continues on the palate with a clean crisp finish and a delicious lingering impression of citrus and minerality.

CRAFT: The grapes were given limited skin contact for aromatics before being direct pressed.  We controlled a cool and slow stainless tank ferment too maximize aromatics and fruit flavors before maturing in neutral oak barrels for added mouthfeel.
