2021 Vinyl “Self-Titled”

Bordeaux Blend – 34% Cabernet Sauvignon + 33% Cabernet Franc + 33% Malbec – 14.8% ALC

Farming: Grapes sustainably grown in the Adelaida District, Templeton Gap, and Willow Creek AVAs

Sensory: Well structured, silky yet bright fruit, red plum, black cherry, dark chocolate, earth, dusty tannins, and a long spicey finish contributed by the Cab Franc

Craft : Grapes from three vineyard sites were destemmed, fermented, and aged separately in neutral French Oak barrels for 24 months. They were then blended together and aged another two months in barrel allowing the flavors to harmonize.
