Bordeaux Blend – 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Petit Verdot, 16% Cabernet Franc, 8% Malbec – 13.8% ALC
PAIR WITH: The Rolling Stones “Exile on Main Street.” album with a rack of lamb, juicy cheeseburger, or prime rib.
FARMING: Grapes sustainably grown in the Willow Creek District, and Adelaida District of the Paso Robles AVAs
SENSORY: This flagship blend spins with precision and harmony. Rich layers of red plum and black cherry set the rhythm, while Petit Verdot deepens the track with inky intensity and floral undertones. Malbec adds a smooth, velvety mid-palate, a melodic touch of dark berries and violet. Cabernet Franc provides a lingering, spicy finish, its earthy complexity like a well-worn groove, while Cabernet Sauvignon lays down the bold, structured backbone—firm, dusty tannins and dark chocolate richness.
CRAFT: Grapes from three vineyard sites were destemmed, fermented, and aged separately in neutral French Oak barrels for 24 months. They were then blended together and aged another two months in barrel allowing the flavors to harmonize.
