Rhone “GSM” Blend – 50% Grenache, 42% Syrah, 8% Mourvèdre – 14.6% ALC

FARMING: Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes all sourced from sustainable vineyard sites in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles AVA

SENSORY: Elegant and mesmerizing aromatics come together on the palate like a perfectly balanced trio, each varietal playing its part in harmony. Grenache takes the lead, delivering bright strawberry and blackberry jam notes with a smooth, melodic warmth. Cool-climate Syrah adds a subtle white pepper riff, a vibrant counterpoint that gives depth and intrigue. Mourvèdre sets the bassline, grounding the blend with rich, earthy undertones and deep, dark plum hues.

CRAFT: Grapes were destemmed, fermented, and aged separately in neutral French oak barrels for 24 months. They were then blended and aged another two months in barrel allowing the flavors to harmonize.
